Your "after"in not bad of course but bro in my view u should make the boat is floating on the water, it seems the boat is above some kind of plain surface,it's ok u removed the dirts but your background needs some watery effect such as waves, the splashes.

Bo u can use Photoshop light room,photoshop or other photo editing programmes yo make it clear bright.
