hmm... weird... coz its only btw 14-16 mm i can hear 2 small "clicks". well i think i'll bring it down to have it examined.

Hi, wonder if any of you who own the 11-16mm hear any soft clicking noise when zooming between 14-15mm and 15-16mm... and does this mean there is a lens problem or is it just me being paranoid. its really soft though.

i'm using d80 and just got a 11-16 ytd. so far so good no focusing problems... however need more testing to confirm...

If you're using FF get 28-75, if you're using 1.5x sensor use 17-50. 17-50 if you x 1.5 it will actually be 25.5-75. whereas if you take the 24-75 and x 1.5 you might not get a wide enough angle when you're indoors and walk about. this might frustrate you.
