Thanks! :) You're right. It's about capturing those moments. I guess I'm more of a candid shooter right now. Note to self: keep an open eye for perfect moments and stories to be told. :)

Thanks! I don't remember exactly, but I played around with curves and fill layers in Photoshop! Then I fiddled around with the layer types.
