Since its under warrranty, why not? I was told by CSC that if your camera body is off standard, they will first adjust your body to the standard (or within the allowable zone) before they start adjusting the lenses to your body. Else, they will only adjust the lens without touching your body...

Would like to poll if anyone here send their lenses (warranty expired) to Canon for recalibration due to not sharp when attached to a newly purchased body? Did you get charge by Canon for the recalibration service for the warranty expired lenses?

I sent in my 17-40 f4L lense to replace the "window" that show the focusing distance. It was scratched due to a drop during travel. They quoted me abt $60 replacement. In the end, it cost $10, plus they recalibrated the lense for me FOC. That lense already out of warranty. So, I would say CSC...
