clearly i think your confused with the terms of photography... this isnt an iso issue, Read the tutorials about aperture / depth of field and everything else. There doesnt seem much wrong with your lense from looking at your pic... but im not pixel peeping it or anything. Your shooting at F2.8...

Yeah. thats right. what camera are you using? might make it easier to help you. If meter says + then you want to increase shutter speed, or use a smaller aperture (larger f number) Or, yeah, - EV compensation.
