The 3 - 15 sec is available in the night scene mode, with Long Exposure set on.

Its the same as the F10, with added shutter priority, aperture priority controls plus a higher resolution LCD.

Yeah tats why it can only go up to ISO 800. Both cameras uses the same RP processor.

The Z1 uses the same RP engine as the F10. But the Z1 can only go up to ISO 800.
