Thats true ... but if just point and shoot do u think for S50, IXUS 400, A70 and G3 if all set to 3.2mp would give the same picture quality?

Was just wondering since there are so many series/models of Canon cameras (A-class like A60/A70, Ixus V3/400, S-series like S45/S50 and even the G-series listed on the Canon website as Budget, Style, Performace and Prosumer respectively) which all uses the same technology - DIGIC imaging...

Harlow! Just asking, the $30 one what is the power rating like? I've seen some with like 1200 or 1800. Does it really make that much diff from a 570 one?
