I am using a speed racer, largest of TT belt packs. Thou my waist is pretty slim (30"), still find it fitting ok, but hv to move buckle to tightest fit. When fully loaded with 3 heavy lenses and D700, much easier to carry compared to shoulder / sling bags. By far the most comfy bag I hv used...
