pic 1 - you focused on the face but the lady's arm looks more in focus. pic 2 - you focused on the face but the bag looks more in focus. possible front focusing problem ?

yup, use iso 800 and above and large aperture in order to have the shutter speed fast enough to prevent blur from the fish movement. don't use flash and make sure aquarium setting has enough lights. cpl won't help much. use af-c focus. not the best examples but here are mine...

like the pic but the quote is not quite right... you use "a parent" meaning one of the parents i.e. father or mother, and "his children" hence specifying the father, therefore it should be "of his time" rather than "of their time". otherwise nicely done..;)

You have highlight tone priority turned on. This causes the min ISO to be 200 and will appear as 2oo.
