Hello, a newbie here with a f40 camera. i saw pictures in the f50 thread saying about shutter speed so i was wondering whether could f40 adjust shutter speed and how?

i had been aiming the f40fd camera and wanted to buy it.. now this f100 is coming out.. is it better if i wait to see how is f100fd or buy the f40 ?
