If u r talking about absolute size of aperture, then yes (e.g 30mm, 57.8mm diameter etc). But the f number on your camera is not an absolute size. It is a ratio..thus, barrel size is normalized in this case. So answer is: same same. Heh.

U can set the a7 to crop function to : off, on, auto in the menu. Off mode: apsc e mount on a7: will show dark vignette On mode: apsc e mount on a7: no dark vignette. If u mount a 10mm on a7, it is 10mm if crop mode is off and it is 15mm if crop mode is on.
