Hi Bro, I m a newbies to photography. My "normal" refers to general usage. Think your "normal" refers to more in depth (to me) i.e. able to light up the entire ballroom. Still need a lot to learn from you guys here. :)

Budget is <$300. However is the built-in flash from D3200 good enough for normal photo taking? worst situation is to get the speedlight at a later time. :) Thanks for the advise.
