Well, I don't think you can go in to any shops and ask them to take out all the cameras and let you try untill you shiok unless you are on very good terms with them or maybe getting a D3 or mark 3. PC shows are most crowded on weekends, can try going on a thurs and you'll can have your fun...

Wow, my first post! Anyway, when D70 was out, my friend bought a grey set (1st batch) from TCW, broke down after a few months and he waited for another few more months before getting it back. Get a local set for DSLR if I were you.
