I think the key word so far is "passion". I will check with him if he has enough "passion" to do it and also the possibility of low wage as compared to his fellow peers working elsewhere.
I am not sure if I should advise him to reconsider into going into the gaming industry as from what I heard, it can be very tough n may not pay well. I tried to do a search online on the pay scale but couldn't find anything.

Sidetrack a bit. How did you create your summary page for each month? Is it manually aligning each photo using photoshop or is there an automated process?
Not true. You can lose as long as 8-9 mths if the camera stays that long in that shop. This means that your 4-5 mths old camera can be out of warranty without receipt. From my personal experience. :)
My colleague just bought a D90 Kit. He is looking for a cheap filter to protect the lens and yet at the same time not degrade the image quality. Kindly advise. Thanks. :)
