I have a NIKON D300 and by affordable I mean max I'm willing to pay is $400 so where can I get some good second had lens?

Will be traveling to Bali soon, currently have a prime lens 50mm F1.8. I guess this one won't be suitable for traveling, which one will be advisable and affordable to get?
