I am a frequent user of 17-55 f2.8, I must say the image quality it produce is rather impressive, saying that, the L lens 24-70 is also great too. Bear in mind that the same optic use in 24-70, or other Ls have been use on this not cheap EFS 17-55 as well. The only thing is that, L never will...
