    hehe.. join e discussion.. bonds/money mkt fund ok for short term capital preservation .. but realli for long term hedge agt inflation, bonds dun do a good job. unless say like inflation linked bonds in US. think in Sg, dun have (correct me if there is) as mentioned, diversified portfolio...

    i got this other idea.. wonder what's ur opinion.. instead of plonking down $$$ on the nikkor, how abt getting ONE tamron 28-75 f/2.8 (covering excellent gp shooting) and ONE sigma 12-24 for the wide angle element of shots? total cost.. still lesser and cover more range.. hee.. ;p
