Really depends on your purposes. What do you normally shoot? That I believe will determine which lens you use more than anything else. The 35 will be good for portraits, where you're emphasizing the shallow DOF and blurring distracting backgrounds, while the 16-85 is more for general purpose...

To me the second option makes more sense if you want the reach. The 18-200 might be a do-it-all, or you may find yourself still wishing for longer zoom, depending on your needs.

Try a faster sd card. The card that came with the camera was a Class 4, and I felt that the general playback and review performance was very slow. But when I got a Class 6, the delays disappeared, it's much faster now :)
