I have a Ricoh GRD and I love it.
Reasons:
Very small, fits jeans pocket.
Black so barely visible for street photography.
Excellent f2.4 lens.
Snap mode is silent and Soooooo quick.
Only bad side is RAW it's very slow.

A couple more of my street photo's shot in the market square in Nottingham.
What I'm finding hard is having the courage to shoot without caring if people see me.
I've lost so many photo chances and have loads of rubbish photo's due to shyness.
Any tips.

The subject is good, it's just to cluttered.
You have a nice background to the angel so what I would do is crop so oly the angel and some of her plinth is in the frame.
