Hi Seet, I submitted mine in May 2012 and just went down to their canvas manufacturer at Blk 162 Bukit Merah Central #02-3537 to collect my canvases today. Apparently their manufacturer also very pissed with them. I saw many unclaimed canvases at Bukit Merah belonging to Canvaspop.SG customers...
