If you afford it go and buy both, make sure they are light weight. You can use a mono at low light and a tripod at even lower light, but for candid street shots you should be shooting fast anyway and wont have time to use either, Rich

Nice image, try de-saturating it shame there are no fluffy clounds, perhaps and this is only what I would do. Try cropping to the top right bottom left looks a little confusing.... Rich

I depends on the final use of the images, I shoot raw then save a copy, press work I save as 30 +MB Jpg other-wise Tiff for better magazines Rich
