i lived at Sembawang near the airbase....can see them flying over almost every week.... nice pictures!

i was at Sentosa, saw the competition... did you went inside the forest?? there are amazing stunts on the water fall rocks and the dirty hill tracks... took some pictures, but it is dark inside....

it is at the heritage centre at Chinatown, the store has moved outside. or you can call Mr Yip (his son) at 6323 2318 Take MRT to Chinatown, (store open 7 days a week) Chinatown Heritage Center 50 Pagoda Street the website is just completed last week...:)

ya, join the men's open for Mizuno Run 06 (joined last year too), it is one of the event I took part yearly like Standard Chartered. anyone interested can also consider the 2nd Link Singapore-Malaysia Run 10Km, you will improve running with the Malaysians. :sweat: Have not wear Mizuno...
