Well thanks alot for the advise.. Yup thats really what i'm facing now. one of my peers suggested 17-70 as it has nicer range and very suitable for walkaround, while the guy in the camera shop say better get 18-50 since 17-70 is soft at wide open.. Ya i guess should do what u propose.. Thanks...

Well, for the 17-50mm range, which one is recomendable? (except the 'L' lens of course)
