Along with kit lens bundle is 34xx at Cathay. Lens alone is $1198. Is the lens worth buying? The range looks quite useful for a walk around zoom.

Today I bought a Nikon AW100 from TK Photo for 370$. Includes extra original battery , case, tripod and 8GB memory.

Good shots for a newbie. Some of my observations... Miyake #1 Nice expression and coposition. The pink light filtering through the umbrella doesnt look so flattering on her face. #2 Face is underexposed Amanda #1 - Pose is nice. Could have used a bit of PS to make her yellow teeth...

Nice photos especially the use of natural light. But have to give credit to the model here. Her expression in each shot, anchors the image. Gives so much more depth to the images. Those eyes really draw you in. After seeing a lot of shots in the forum, can see that we have lots of talented...

Too over processed. Look lifeless.....like a corpse with blood drained off....

Hoping for some bargains on older 70-200 lenses being available. There are lots of them out there and anyone using FX MUST have this new version :)

I just re-installed the game to test my new graphics card. Wanted to play a little but got stuck playing. Very addictive. Am not even too good at it...but the thrill of playing multiplayer online is too much to resist. Still havent found any new game which is as involving as this.

It really depends on your use. I find my Tamron excellent. Am very happy with the sharpness and colours from F4 up. Focussing is fast enough for my normal usage. Never used it for sports or fast action where instant focus might be required. But if you are making money from your...
