Hi Mike, U seem to be one of the better photographers in the palprints photo contest. Don't give up. Ur pics are nice. After comparing my pics to the rest. I know that i still got a long way to go.

When i was in Japan a few years back camera 45 and yobadashi had this service. Don't know if they have that now. When they print for free, you walk in with your memory card and print for free.

The same thing happened to me when i bought a Nikon D3000 at one of last years IT fairs. Reported it after 2 days and they changed the lens for me. If it is under warranty and damage not due to mishandling i don't see why they can't change it for you.
