I suggest going to local bike shops, cyclist here call it lbs. Beach road pricing I noticed almost double.:bheart: Two brands I would recommend based on personal experience, camelbak or deuter. :)

Me too had a good experience with their after sales service once. One of my daugther accidentally hit the glass door and it shattered to pieces, after few weeks of purchase. I called them up and they offered a trade in at 50% of a new one price. They delivered to my place and collected my...

I think to repair the locks will be much more expensive than the $40 TS paid for it. I feel your pain, just don't take it so hard :)
