hmm is the DA 14mm f/2.8 ED IF worth buying? since i already have the FA50mm f/1.4 not incline to go for the DA* 15-50mm f/2.8 ED-Al (IF) SDM. or any other 3rd party wideangle prime worth considering too?;p

i am open to the idea of prime lenses, but would still need help from you guys to recommend. if the budget got to go up then so be it... of course, i promised i would not tell my wife who is the one that poisoned me..hahaha ;p

hmmm if I go for the DA 17-50mm 2.8f then the 50mm 1.4f likely to go into storage. will go read abt the DA lens. Never been keen with flash, cos it just add on to my equipment list when going out.

hahah, i think thats the same shop that quoted me 1.2k loh.. at first a young guy was talking, he offered 980 and 512mb card then a older man took over and said with lens is 1.2k... sibey crook... i said else where only 1k then he said 1050 with 1gb, i offered 1050nett for camera and 1gb, he did...

just dropped by simlim during lunch hour to check out the k100d...prices varies...from 1.2k to 1k. some got freebies some dun... one shop even tried to sell body and kit lens separately...think will just buy it from one of the usual shops you guys have mentioned = )

Hi, I was also condisering btw these 2 DSLR. well plan to use the camera to take pics of my baby boy, he is 3 mths old. mainly indoor for the moment, w/o flash. Intent to get a kit and a 50mm 1.8f lens for now. Maybe get a flash later on. both are within budget only issue is which to get :think...
