Hi i'm using a canon eos 350D but i can't seem to lower my shutter speed below 0.3' whenever i use TV or even M modes. I only seem to get fast shutter speeds when i shoot in auto modes. So far tried everything even resetting to factory settings...any idea?

there dont seem to be any XAs on ebay sg though? could u direct me to some 2nd hand camera shops around here?
