hehe there's no need to be embarassed we are here to learn. Well the slave flash comes with a zoom and bounce head and 4 flash modes. Strong flash, med and low power and auto detect. Most of the time i just try to bonce the flash and it gives me nice exposures

I was at korea at december last year. Well the battery life will go down but it did not bother me as much i had backup and most of the time the battery din even run out after 1 day of shooting. Humidity will not be much of a problem as in cold countries humidity is very low. As for condensation...

. Well no offence lutz but i would say u are wrong. There are slave flashes in the market now which work with cameras with preflashes. I personally own one for my A80. The brand is suntax and of course there are many others out there. There is a option for you to select on the slave flash...

Sigh... how sad i drop my A80 and it borke at the battery cover. Now i can't close the cover i have to use a tape to tape it down. Any one knows roughly how much it will take to repair the camera and where is the canon service center :cry:
