    I tried m3 with 400mm 5.6 + canon TC 1.4 and the cam cannot autofocus but with compatible TC 1.4 it was OK. Canon said anything above 5.6 must manual focus. How come compatible can? he said he don't know. Asked him another Q why m3 with Tokina 11-16 2.8 the pics for 11-15 were all in the circle...

    I agree with what you said. Last week I brought my m3 to CSC and the counter girl removed the body cap and flipped the cam up and down as though some kind of cheap cam. Damn TL.
