well, turns out its a problem with the camera. AP took back the old camera and gave me a new one. Great service. :thumbsup:

Thanks. ya, I have pushed it up. But when I want to shoot, it just shows the FLASH blinking. I check the manual says something about powering up the flash. Not sure what that is. Yes, I have so far only use AUTO mode. It shows that FLASH is needed and that's when I push the flash thing up...

Thanks. Anyway I went to AP to get it. BUT, being a newbie with camera, somehow, I have problem with it. Firstly, the FLASH when i push it up to use, it doesn't flash at all. I am setting it to AUTO mode so it should FLASH, right? Secondly, is this a battery drainer??? I put in normal Energizer...

cool. By the way, anyone know what's a good deal for this camera now?? I went to AP@ SLS yday. Was quoted 620 with 2G card and batt charger onli. I realise there's no canon bag kit or anything else.... Was hoping to wait for other IT fair at the end of the month but i will be outstation. Wonder...
