    If you are using a lens with aperture ring and it is not placed at maximum aperture, the error will be FEE not ERR.

    I use D2X Mode III for normal / walkabout shoots. D2X Mode I for portrait shoots when I need nice skin tones. Vivid for shots where the increased saturation is an important element of the photographs' success.
