hmmm......wat head to use with this tripod?

As i am new to photography, i do not have much accessories.... :bsmilie: Will be getting a Nikon F80 soon with a 50mm f/1.8 for a start. Budget wise would not like to spend too much on it maybe around 100-200 plus.

Want to get a tripod for nightshots use and maybe for like event coverage like sports etc. Would like to hear the recommendations from others.... ThanKs........ :) :gbounce:

yea will just start with the 50mm and see how it goes along.......i wouldnt save on a cleaning kit....hahaha i thinking maintaining your camera to tip top condition is pretty important.

does all AF nikon lens have the ability to do MF when the camera's AF servo is set to M. Pardon me for asking so many questions =X. There's alot of things which i am unsure about....

sorry i would like to ask.........if i get an AF slr camera......when switched to the M mode, does it works exactly like a MF slr camera, like able to set shutter spd, aperture, manual focusing etc etc....
