I think too much distraction behind the flower. Get a closer shot will be better.

nice framing good shot, but the colour too rich and the cloud look like fake to me . overall good picture.

Too much of the white in the picture make the picture very uncomfortable to stare for long. Not all photo are suitable for BW, like in this photo you are trying to use BW to create a misty feel and fail.

The picture dun show me the objective, too noisy, too blur, expose not good and everything look dead to me. Sorry for my mean words, but i think should learn from the hard way first.

I think should have crop off the lower part of the sea, its showing too much of the sea. if the person in the photo is your friend, you should ask him sitting back face you on the rock instead of standing facing you. it might be more pleasent.

I was trying to capture everything using f22 and if i go lower the merlion will be too over expose and higher it will cause the background to darken. i choose 200 because i didnt read the instruction book L0.3, L0.7 mean in the first place. now i know after reading it.

I think you show too much unwanted stuff in your picture, try to focus on the main subject more. Show people what you want them to see instead showing everything in the surrounding. Same area same place take lots of picture, angle, exposure and aperture you will find something you like and...
