Hi all, Anyone have any idea whether a canoscan4400f, which is designed to scan 35mm only, could be modified to scan MF or LF? Could i just scan the film the same way u scan documents? Thks so much!

yes it applies to any camera. in general the sunny16 rule applies only when... its sunny! meaning the sun is not covered by any clouds.

hi, just bought a 2nd hand rb67-pro s, and damn happy with the results. super sharp and great colours; even though the lens that came with the camera had some fungus inside; haha! and no overlapping problem. get at least a pro-s version as it has some safety locks which help to prevent...

if u want ice, then it's going to be more expensive. the konica Minolta scan elite 5400 is great if u have the money.

well, i have a nikon fm10 to lend u if u want. it's not digital, but uses good, old film. it's a fully manual film camera which is good for beginners like u to learn the basics; it was my first camera i got as a present. i dun think anyone would be very willing to lend u their expensive...

thanks for replying! well... guess it would probably be rather expensive too. u shoot MF often? actually i'm a 35mm shooter, but thinking of exploring MF due to it's stunning image quality i've seen on the web. i've also heard of the seagull. u think it's any good? weiming.
