Im using the 16-70. Its superb walkabout lens. Great for travelling. I believe the quality is better than 18-105 too. Hence the price difference.

Its alright. I chose the a6300 also because of the build. It feels nice to hold a solid camera rather than a plastic one. And somehow I have this principle. If I were to get something, I'll try to stretch my budget. So I won't regret or be left behind with technologies. I tried the video mode...
