actually i'm quite confused if i should get this of the canon 350d. both are good. but this dosen't have AF which I'm not sure if it's important for a beginner like me. Can any kind souls advise me? Thanks in advance!

hmm... okok..btw, if i dun wanna get e lense for temp, how do I tke macro shots? Need to change the telephoto/wide angle thing? Or on, change to macro mode, put it near the object and shoot?
