May i add that, when u select a fast shutter and if the camera think it will be under exposed, aperture+shutter on screen will turn RED. (on my FX5)
U r given a choice to change only shutter speed, but exposure is auto. That means if u r shooting a object wif strong backlight, no matter how u change shutter speed, the outcome remains underexposed.
To correct, u can use
1. exposure compensation feature (may slow u down by pressing...
i disagree, i've used eastgear batt, for less than $30, yet higher capacity, longer lasting.
i've used on my fx5 for 3 yrs, using it together wif the oringinal, taken about 20k pictures.
