At that budget, you can try an Ixus 120 IS. The brown one especially looks good.

Ixus 200 and LX3 are quite different. S90 is more comparable to LX3. In terms of quality, S90 hands down winner. Plus point is that it looks damn cool in a classic lasting way.

Have a friend who uses it. I tried it when we went out. Picture quality is good and I find the 3" screen clear and the colour is good. Hope this helps! :)
