Hmm…My PPCP v1 tripod doesn’t seem to have this problem…Either that or I didn’t really stress test it ;p Anyway, I was on my Student Exchange Program last year and had carried my tripod around during my 1+ month backpacking trip around Europe. Considering basic usage, I can say it serves me...

well....my 3 yr old Toshiba laptop has not given be any problem... like i always told my friend...its the user that matters (how you use and maintain it)...not the laptop...haha ;p

well....if it's purely for landscape, i guess 10-22 is a better lens. (and a lot of ppl have commented that it is a L-lens in disguise in terms of the quality of the pics it produces...) 17-40L can be considered as a event-coverage and landscape lens. But then again, it really depends on...

yup...definitely a great quality lens to have...:thumbsup: then again...whether it is worth it or not really depends on your shooting interest and how you actually use it :)

sorry to say but it doesn't work for me...the impact of the pic is not there...nothing really catch my attention when i first look at the pic...:think:
