When you have decided to purchase a DSLR, go to a reputable shop and test try on the spot. Just remember that you will be the one parting with the money so you have the end say what you buy or not buy. I tried Canon 450D, 50D; Nikon D300, D90 before I ended up buying my D90. Have been a happy...
