Don't really like the 1st set esp the branches that gets in the way. For the 2nd set, the face shot is nice but there is not much differentiation between subject and background i.e. not contrasting. As for last 'B n W', it looks more faded grey than B n W. Not sure if that was the intention...

Alex, I see yellow color tints for 4, 5 and 6. You use some filter effect or a result of Post Process?

Recently acquired the 5DMKIII too. My fav pairing is the 50mm F/1.2L and 24-70mm F/2.8L II. The age old 50mm F/1.2L is gold!!

I use both 7D and 5DMKIII. 7D when I want a longer reach and 5DMKIII when not nec to (or when shooting in low light). Both serve me and compliment each other very well. Not sure why you experience softness as I don't have that issue. To me I can shoot in high ISO for 5DMKIII but not overdoing...
