Not sure, but looks like a wasp belonging to Ichneumonoidea.

It's one of the screwpines, specifically, Pandanus odoratissimus. It's related to the pandan we use for cooking.

Looks like they're Asian rock (honey) bees, Apis dorsuta. Very tall tree, right? cluster found high up?

It's the Greater Racket-tailed Drongo, Dicrurus paradiseus.
