Yes, the reflection could be removed but all the images were posted with no post correction to the image other than minor color or brightness or light enhancements.
She's close friend but I think she has the capability to do some modeling for photoshoots :think:

Yes the shadows are due to the natural lighting and flash.
Even though flash bounce was used, the surrounding lights couldn't be avoided.
As mentioned, this was a total unplanned moment but was quite nice to do such an spontaneous shoot :cool:
These shots were taken using natural light available to enhance the darkness crawling in and an emotional night...

Please take a re-look; I went back to my drawing board for these pictures and took off all 'fill light' and other slight enhancement just keeping the crops.
So now all these photos are in their 100% natural color captured with the Vivid...
OK point taken.
I think the post processing of adding contrast and light had something to with this.
Will correct them.
The center is due to the 100% crop and wanted to give focus on the subject => bird.

Thought I'd answer all these 3 valuable comments together.
I use "Vivid" colors and don't like using the "Standard Image Control" of the camera.
Normally when I get a camera to my hand, I initialize it to factory defaults...

These were taken with M-mode, using spot.
WB set to A3 ~ 4 which is known like "skylight" but on Vivid...
50mm f/1.4D shows a lot of difference between the standard zoom lens.
This is a prime lens and it has excellent bokeh.
