The grinding sounds when I turn on my a33 then will stop if I half press to focus then it will make the same grinding sound again. I guess I will take Rashkae advise and look for a new 18-55. I will PM you bro Velectron if I pass by admiralty. Thanks

Ok, first thanks, I checked my a33 I can manage and set up the flash (slowsync) on A, M, P, mode I haven't tried the S mode. That info really helps a lot.
