hookonclassic, lovely shot. Especially like the leading lines showing the climbers walking into the clouds. Powerful.

I like wide but not too wide. The 35 is a good fit. I find the 35 is more a story-telling lens than the 50.

Did some test shots. M9P Summicron 35 f/2 asph ISO200 f/2.4 1/25s Buggies all ready for action. I shot this when I took the boys for their weekly lessons. The PIC stopped me as I snapped this shot and asked me if I was using it for commercial purpose. Do I look like a pro ... siow ah...

Either way I kenna humtum ... by the GAS ... or whenever I succumb to the URGE ... by the wife ... don't know which one more siong ... kekeke.

Not sure I could have got any closer, I think i pretty much max. out the mfd. Thanks for your comments on the focus, will work on that.

Thanks for the comment on composition. Appreciate the rule of thumb but I always felt f/2.8 was sharpest for the 50mm f/1.4 lens on a full frame. I will give f/2.0 a go next time. Thanks for suggestion on a faster shutter speed. Maybe try that with f/2.0 to eliminate the dreamy effect...
