yes I hv reformatted it using my Nixvue portable photoviewer... usually I use tis and it can be read using my300D but I can't use 30D to format it as it states "Err "CF" and can't read... any further advise ? thanx .. juz wanna make use is not my camera fault.

Hi, I hv just purchased the 30D, but when i try to use my old Hagiwara 256MB CF card which i have used on my older 300D, an error message pops up on my 30D saying "Err CF" ... but there is no problem with the given Lexar 1Gb CF card... There is no problem when i use the Hagiwara on my 300D ...

I dun think it will cause any side effect.. also it seems like my 3rd party battery last longer per charge as compared to my original.

Not sure about 1DMIIn but saw This site whereby comparison is made with sigma 10-20mm on the older 1D .
