Hi all
Recently I used my Canon A85 to shoot some short video clips. I found out later that I have switched the position of the camera in the portrait then landscape and portrait positions during the shooting. Thus the result is a video clip with mixed orientations which is quite irritating...

Hi all
I got a Minolta Dynax 5....recently a friend asked to help to shoot her wedding event. I am completely new to wedding photography. :dunno: I have no additional flash unit. Is it still possible to shoot using a simple SLR. Wat kind of settings is appropriate?
Hope you guys can give...
I agreed that women have higher expectations cos no matter what they are at the losing end....akum...u know wat I mean...but these expectations are a cover for them...is not truly what most women think...I felt...they are only excuses of why they are not married or attached....the real reason...
As long as the professionalism stays, I guess there is no issue....but on the other hand, photography is an art...that looks different in the eyes of different people....subjective....it is very difficult for people to judge your professionalism then....
Thanks a lot guys....Fraser's Hill...Tanglin Club...Cuppage Terrace....I should try till I get the chance to go Europe...Can I get a general opinion of what u guys feel about English style..? High class, country feel, antique? What else.....
I have been thinking of shooting old English stuff ...but dun know how to define what it is....a picture in my mind will be a old lane between two rows of shops....with classic bronze designed lampposts...inside the shop....dark wood...dim lighting.....antiques...wooden furnitures, tall clocks...
Where is the one place that you go so often that you are not tired of? For me, it is Botanical Gardens. It is a place that is filled with many different activities especially on Sunday morning. You see people practising taiji, playing with wooden balls strings (dunno wat do you called that ;p...

Is there any special techniques to shoot costume jewellery such as those made of crystals, beads etc? What is the best environment to shoot? What types of equipments do we need? If using digital camera, which type of lighting should we choose?
