i was there at Tulamben too over the national day weekend. My most unproductive trip ever. 4 dives over 3 days + 3 dives in Nusa Peninda. Braved 17 degrees water and still saw nothing.....Did you kenna the surge at Tulamben on the 7th? Vis at only 3-5 m till you went deeper than 15m.

when shooting into the sun, can't u just hold out your camera a little away from the face for WA? away fro the buubles and it is WA anyway so things will be in focus. After that: to crop is normal, to ps is divine. ;)

Some photos aren't sharp. Does stacking of macro lens affect the min focusing distance? You may want to try it out on land before your next dive to determine it. You may also want to think of strobe placement on your next trip. :)
