Thanks both, for the useful advise on this. I guess I will use the filter for portrait shots as I like pic with saturated color, and to protect from the lens from salt water. Will be doing more research on the using of this filter. ;)

This debate seems to go on forever, I would say buy both and sell off one at the end of the day. At most you lost ~20% of the buying price but u got to decide the best of the 2. Just a word of advise, u might keep both and end up spending twice the $$ for getting a dslr. It's a SIN ...
